Start with one task

Add anything saves a task to Projects. Choose Add to Now when you want to work on it. Steps and timers are optional. Use Project details to manage steps or pause a project. Repeating upkeep is in Settings > Routines.

Saving and sync

Open Settings > Saving and sync for your current storage state. iCloud account availability does not confirm every edit has synced. Retry failed saves. If temporary storage is shown, keep the app open and copy important text somewhere safe before closing it. Turning off sync or removing the app does not delete cloud copies.

AI is optional

Manual tasks work without internet access. Cloud suggestions need your permission to send submitted text through Dunlin to Anthropic. Withdraw permission in Settings > AI. On-device suggestions require iOS 26, an eligible Apple Intelligence device and a ready model. Offline mode never switches to cloud.
